Red Wattle Hogs are a rare breed of heritage pig originating here in North America. They produce a well marbled, flavourful meat.
Our pigs are raised all year out in the pasture, free of antibiotics and growth hormones.
 
Half hog is approximately 90lbs of pork!
 
Generally a Half hog will produce:
4- 4lbs smoked hams
10lbs- smoked bacon
3lbs- spare ribs
2lbs- riblets
12lbs- ground pork
16lbs - pork chops
2- shoulder roasts
2- butt roasts
